Service Agreement:

By accepting to this contract, you agree to be bound by it's terms for the duration of the contract period.

1. All annual and semi-annual payments to NETSourceHosting.com are non-refundable after 30 days.  All refunds will be pro-rated according to actual bandwidth usage during this period.  Account setup fees are not refundable under any circumstances.  Monthly account fees are non-refundable.
   
2. All "adult hosting" subscribers must take adequate measures to protect minors from their content.  All "adult hosting" content MUST be 18 years of age or older, and required records must be maintained by the content provider at all times, as provided by US law (18 USC 2257).
   
3. All sites are the sole responsibility of the content provider.  NETSourceHosting.com, it's agents or employees are in no way liable for content, or damages from content, located on any site hosted on it's servers.
   
4. While it is our policy not to monitor the site content of our subscribers, should any content be reported to us as illegal or objectionable according to our Terms of Service/Acceptable Use Policy, we may, at our option:
   - remove the hosted site from our servers with no provision for refunds
   - report the offending provider to the authorities
   - suspend the site until the questionable material is removed with no refunds
   
5. All accounts include domain registration or transfer to our domain registrar.  It may take up to 2 business days for DNS propagation to take effect, therefore new accounts may not be accessible by their domain names until this is complete.  Domain transfers may take an additional 5 business days.
   
6. All accounts will be monitored for bandwidth/storage overages daily.  If your account is approaching or has exceeded your monthly bandwidth or storage allocation, you will be notified immediately by email with the option of upgrading your package, purchasing additional bandwidth/storage, or having your account suspended for the remainder of your billing period.  If additional resources are not purchased within 48 hours, or your site is 25% or more above your plans allocations, your account is subject to suspension without refund. All bandwidth overages are billed at $2.75 per GB transfer, or any portion thereof, on all accounts unless an additional bandwidth block is purchased. Customers may have their accounts suspended if payment is not received for overages within 14 days of billing, or if the overage exceeds $25.
   
7. All subscribers are bound by NETSourceHosting.com's Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, and this Service Agreement, any of which may be amended at any time.
   
8. All Shell Accounts are limited to running approved MU*/Talker style applications. IRC bots, IRCD and IRC relay applications are expressly forbidden. Any client found to be running any IRC type application will have their account suspended until the offending applications are removed. A second violation of this agreement will terminate the account with no further warning.
   
9. Any account found to be sharing/using login information for the purpose of allowing semi-annonymous file transfers will be terminated immediately.
